Service levels offered by traditional banks are now directly related to the profitability of each customer. Essentially, if you are not a big time customer, you get the most generic service available.

For most individuals and businesses, dedicated relationship management no longer exists, with customers being left to deal predominantly with centralised call centres (often located overseas) and computerised automated response systems.

We are completely different from that. Our personalised service is extended to every one of our clients, no matter what loan amount they are looking for.

These traditional banks have dedicated “private banking” areas that look after clients with very large borrowings, generally in excess of 2 to 3 million dollars. These “private banking” clients often receive a high level of personal service, but it is beyond the reach of most borrowers and relationship contacts can change quite often. Also, clients are restricted to dealing with one lender for all borrowings, which can make it difficult to take advantage of the best value option each time a borrowing decision is made.

We are happy to provide this personalised “private banking” style of service to all our clients, regardless of loan size.
